Christmas Eve Eve 2011
Happy Holidays, one and all! Welcome to my seventh annual Christmas Eve Eve (December 23rd) concert -
classical music performed for dear friends at our house in Boulder, Colorado. The recordings
below are for those of you who couldn't be with us in person, or who would like to re-live the evening.
Along with the recital, for the past four years we've also played a trivia game and the results are
included after the music recordings.
The three B's: Bach, Beethoven, and Brahms are all represented this year, with a leavening of Stravinsky. I program pieces that I think go well together, and in a particular order; so if you have the time I recommend that you listen from beginning to end. If not, feel free to pick and choose individual tracks. I hope you enjoy them all. - Gary
